Your stay at a hand-picked hotel or villa, all meals and treats during the retreat, the content, workshops and sessions, and all local logistics. Flights aren't included.

Question 2

Does WeaveEast arrange flights and travel?

Accepted Answer

We send recommendations and suggested arrival times, but everyone books their own flights. All our destinations are well connected to major hubs across Europe and Asia.

Question 3

Who are the retreats for?

Accepted Answer

Business owners, founders and CEOs from any country. We make sure every group has a good mix of fields and growth stages.

Question 4

How is the group chosen?

Accepted Answer

You fill in a short request and we have a quick chat. We build a group where everyone can give and get value, and keep numbers small so it stays personal.

Question 5

What's the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Up to 45 days before the retreat — a full refund minus a small admin fee. Up to 21 days — 50% back. After that there's no refund, but you can pass your place to someone else with our agreement.

Question 6

What language are the retreats in?

Accepted Answer

Everything runs in English. You don't need to be perfectly fluent — what matters is wanting to take part and share.
