WeaveEast Retreats ("we", "us") runs business retreats and networking experiences across Europe and Asia. We are responsible for the personal data you share through this website. You can reach us at office@weaveast.com.

• Your name, email address and phone number when you fill in a contact form.
• Anything you choose to tell us in your message, and how you heard about us.
• Basic technical information your browser sends (such as IP address), used for security and to prevent spam.

• To reply to your enquiry and talk you through our retreats (legitimate interest / steps before a contract).
• To send you a confirmation email after you get in touch.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam submissions (legitimate interest).

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site, store enquiries and send emails (hosting, database and email delivery services). They only process your data on our behalf. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you join a retreat, in which case we keep booking records as long as the law requires.

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Just email office@weaveast.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO at ico.org.uk).

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
